EXCHANGES

I am happy to accept exchanges for an item of the same price. To exchange an item please contact me within 14 days of order date, and return item within 30 days of order date.

Postage will NOT be covered for exchanges.

When sending an item back for exchange please:

- Let me know which item you would like to swap it for. 

- Send back the item undamaged. I recommend sending it through a trackable method and insuring the package in the event it is damaged as I cannot cover damage or loss costs.

If I receive a damaged item as a return and I'm unable to re-enter it into my inventory, I offer you the following options:

1) I can return the item(s) to you at no additional charge

2) I can refund 50% of the purchase price of the item(s)

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

All items are shipped in protective packaging. Everything will be done on my end to ensure that the item isn't damaged in transit.

If item is damaged, lost or stolen during transit then I cannot be held responsible for that, in which case no returns or refunds can be accepted/given.

If item does arrive to you in any condition other than stated in item description, or if the wrong item was sent to you, please contact me with photos of any defect or damages within 7 days of receiving shipment.

If you are unhappy with your product(s) for any other reasons, please contact me within 7 days of receiving shipment and I will be happy to help in any way that I can.
